Shipping & Delivery

We despatch orders as quickly as possible but please allow two working days from making your payment to avoid disappointment, especially after a Bank/Public Holiday when it may take a while to catch up. We use a combination of Royal Mail and Courier delivery to send your orders depending on the service you select at the checkout and both services require a signature on delivery. When Royal mail is selected your parcel will be sent by 1st class post (Royal Mail 24hr); However this is not a guaranteed next day service. When our Courier service is selected you will receive a confirmation email when your order has been despatched and delivery is usually next working day for Courier Service to England, Wales and Lowland Scotland (other areas will take longer). We use APC Couriers who deliver Monday to Friday only and you can get more information about the delivery status of your order at www.apc-overnight.com. Use your postcode and the tracking number you will be emailed. You will not be charged for re-arranging a missed delivery, so please contact your delivering depot as soon as possible to make arrangements. You can also collect in person if that is easier. Any parcels returned to us as Failed Deliveries/Not Called For incur a full re delivery charge.

We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online. It is your resposibility to keep any log-in details you use to access this website secure. You will be required to provide a telephone number to complete the checkout process; this is only used by us, or any delivery company operating on our behalf, for the sole purpose of contacting you in connection with your delivery. We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.

Returns & Replacements

You may return your order within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. You will be responsible for the full cost of return shipping and only products that have not been used may be returned for a refund. Products supplied in sealed packages or containers will not be accepted for a refund where the seal has been broken or tampered with. This does not affect your statutory rights. A refund for amounts paid will only be processed on receipt of products and any monies will only be refunded to the card or paypal account used to make the purchase. While we make every effort to ensure your order arrives safely, accidents do happen. If your parcel has obvious damage please sign for as 'damaged'. Photograph damaged packaging and any damaged contents and send photos to us via the contact us form. We will endeavour to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.

Ordering

Shipping is weight based and also varies depending on your postcode. You may check the shipping charge at any time prior to making your payment by selecting your region and entering your postcode. Adding or removing items from your basket may change the shipping and gives you the oportunity to get the most from your shipping charge.Please check your order and correct any errors before making your payment. You will then be sent an order acknowledgement from us, showing your order details. We may refuse to accept an order where goods are no longer available or there has been a pricing or product description error and where payment authorisation cannot be obtained. We despatch orders Monday to Friday only and usually within 2 working days of payment being made. No orders are despatched on Bank/Public Holidays.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

All prices are in Pounds Stirling. Value Added Tax is calculated at the current UK rate. Orders are only despatched once payment has been made in full and have cleared the authorisation process. We reserve the right to amend product and shipping prices without notice. 

Updating Account Information

If you create an account the check-out process will be quicker. Telephone numbers and email address are the most likely to change, and these are the details many customers forget to update. It is your responsibility to provide us with the correct information for delivery so please take a minute to check your details are correct before completeting your order.
